Thank you Ash! I started with your 5 min warm up stretches video which have now become a pre run habit and now incorporating this to my post runs.
Loved this flow state session, perfect after a long day. Sometimes the variety of poses helps me stay stretching cause it doesn't give time to get bored or distracted

Thankful for this Ash!! I ran just a short 3 km today, then had a shower immediately after. Just now remembering I didn't stretch!!! So I am glad I can still fit 5 minutes in (I made it 7 minutes in total). Hopefully it is still useful so many hours after my run, haha.

Hi Ash, I wonder if you know if your stretches here are similarly effective for cycling recovery? I'm 55, and training for a mini-triathlon with lots of biking. I'm trying your videos out and feel recovered pretty well. Thanks for you great work.
Yes, absolutely they will help your legs recover for sure. When cycling you tend to dominate with quads so maybe an extra bit of work for those. I appreciate your comments as always.
